"Overall the place was good place and it provides what its worth. Perfect for families."

The space, bedroom, kitchen and the parking.

The lack of ventilation on bathroom downstairs and kitchen specially on a Baguio damp weather condition. Maybe a humidifier is better than electric fan which can be noisy. Or a small window opening at the back area for fresh air.

"nice place , clean although it’s quite far from city"

one thing that we don’t like is the bathroom , so tiny . paper towel is missing . overall the place is neat and tidy, we enjoy our stay

"It was good, such a nice place but on a uphill location."

Its a beautiful house

shower heater upstairs is defective, keeps on shutting down while i was taking a bath and there was no water the next morning, we end up using their jags of drinking water
