El piso mejor de los esperado, muy cómodo, tal cual las fotos y la descripción. Ubicación inmejorable si te gusta Malasaña, Chueca, centro en general.
No le veo contras, tal vez si te cuestan las escaleras pero no es mi caso.

Excelente ubicación, muy fácil acceso a todo a corta distancia a pies, no necesite ni usar el metro porque todo está caminando. el apartamento es comodo, muy limpio, hay muchos restaurantes y tiendas cerca, la parada del metro también está muy cerca. Mauricio el anfitrión siempre fue muy amable y estuvo pendiente de todo fuera bien o si necesitaba algo. recomiendo altamente este lugar para estar en Madrid
