The Castle by Don Louis

As a solo traveler, I found this to be one of the most beautiful places to stay. The antique collectibles and unique interior made it feel like living in a castle. I was warmly welcomed with such friendly hospitality. The staff were incredibly helpful, guiding me with route maps and arranging easy tuk-tuk access. They even assisted me with my laundry, which I truly appreciated. The food was absolutely delicious. I genuinely enjoyed my stay at this charming castle.

The perfect place for a romantic getaway. We stayed for one night and had a beautiful room with a stunning mountain view. The interior was so cozy and made us feel right at home. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was grand and delicious. We truly enjoyed our stay it’s definitely a hidden gem!

Nice and extraordinary boutique hotel. very nice and friendly staff. They helped whenever needed. Room was spacious, well maintained and clean. Pool also clean and nice.

everything was fine. however you have to know that it is located on a hill. this is very beautiful and calm. but you have to call an uber or pick-me for each trip. but this works quite easy.

L'hôtel a une conception originale avec des vues superbes sur les diverses terrasses et depuis la chambre. La piscine est bien agréable . Le petit déjeuner buffet est varié et bon.

Ik heb hier een geweldige stay gehad. Ze zijn echt suuuuper aardig en alles is mogelijk. Wij moesten om 5am vertrekken en kregen alsnog heel lief een ontbijtje. Ze doen er alles aan om je een fijn verblijf te geven! Het is 10 minuutjes met de tuktuk naar de stad. De douche was echt heerlijk: dikke straal, kon lekker warm en de A-C op de kamer was ook fijn!

Het zwembad ziet er in realiteit iets anders uit, maar dat kan je aan de foto’s zien die in de reviews staan. Was heerlijk om er een zwembad bij te hebben!!

It's an interesting place, very random and eclectic but that's what I liked about it. It actually does feel like a castle lol. The staff were very friendly and engaging..we ended up having dinner at the hotel which was lovingly cooked up by our hostess and we were provided with authentic Sri Lankan food. The view from our room was amazing.

The bathrooms are a bit dated and need an upgrade but that's about it.
