This hotel is hands down the best hotel we have stayed at while travelling Sri Lanka. The staff are incredible and nothing is ever an issue and they go above and beyond to make you feel like home and apart of the family. The facilities are amazing and the food is some of the best you’ll ever eat! We got trapped in with the floods and landslides and they allowed us to eat food and basically stay there for free.

Super Zimmer mit genialer Aussicht!!! Sehr gutes Frühstück und auch im Restaurant hat es uns gut geschmeckt. Der Design und Aufbau des Hotels sind super, vor allem für Kinder da man in jeder Ecke etwas neues entdecken kann. Sehr sehr nette Gastgeber!!

Es ist etwas außerhalb gelegen, in die Stadt kommt man nur mit einem Auto oder Tuktuk. Auch das nächste Restaurant ist nicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Aber deshalb liegt man auch ruhig und hat eine super Aussicht!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, reichhaltig und sehr gut.

A warm welcome awaited us on arrival. The hotel was clean and rooms just perfect. Excellent value. The Manager Kumesh and staff couldn't do enough for us all friendly. The breakfast kept us going all day! Will definitely be returning to this little gem. The location is set amongst hills, views beautiful. Loved watching the eagles!

There were a lot of steps, so not suitable for those with mobility issues.

We had an amazing stay at Castle by Don Louis. The atmosphere was peaceful, the interiors were beautifully designed, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The pool was clean perfect for relaxing, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. We truly enjoyed every moment here and would happily return. A great getaway and real value for the price you pay.

This provided all features and luxuries required for a perfect getaway that served beyond our expectations.,Therefore nothing to complain.

The location is really nice and I love all the antique pieces displayed around. The food is super nice, the views are beautiful and it feels like you're visiting family yet you have all the privacy you need. I loooove this place ❤️

Hotel z nieoczywistym wystrojem - hiszpańska konkwista. Do dyspozycji basen, sauna, stół bilardowy więc nawet jak pada (byliśmy poza sezonem) to jest co robić. Piękny widok z tarasu i basenu. Personel niesamowicie pomocny także warto pytać o różne rzeczy. Jedzonko dobre choć poza sezonem na lunch trzeba dłużej poczekać. Po śniadaniu na pewno nie będziecie głodni. Z pięknymi widokami wiąże się fakt pewnej odległości od centrum - do miasta idziemy w dół ale wracamy pod górę więc dla mniej chodzących polecamy powrotnego tuk tuka

De kamers zijn netjes onderhouden. Het personeel is zeer hulpvaardig en staat altijd voor je klaar. Het ontbijt en diner is zeer goed in orde. Het 180-graden uitzicht over de bergen is geweldig! Taxi’s kunnen het hotel goed bereiken, ook al ligt het op een berg, 20 minuten vanaf Kandy centrum.

De inrichting is chaotisch en ouderwets (voor westerse begrippen). Het zwembad is fijn, maar mag wel iets warmer (wij hielden het niet langer dan 15 minuten vol).
