The staff were absolutely brilliant, very attentive & friendly. The dining area was very nice with a great view, we had breakfast & evening meal both nights & both were excellent & very reasonably priced.

Unfortunately we didn’t get the room we had booked, we were very disappointed with the room given to us but the hotel was fully booked & so we were offered a significant discount which we accepted. The room was nicely decorated and clean but it was very dark & was below the kitchen & dining area & consequently there it was noisy, especially early in the morning when they were preparing breakfast. The pool area is nice but there were only 2 Sun loungers & they didn’t have cushions. Although there are some negatives here I would like to reiterate how brilliant the staff were!

There was no elevator and the room was on the top floor. The room does not qualify for a suite .At best it is a deluxe room with a balcony. The pool is much smaller than it appears in the photograph. Though the staff was very courteous and helpful but communication was only through a WhatsApp number to which there was delayed response. The intercom in the room was non functional.

Great service and there is a lot included, like sauna Pool and billiards. Breakfast is a huge buffet which was very tasty and the pool and view is nice.

Beautiful views of the mountains. Room was comfortable. Swimming pool was clean.

Bathroom needs a little upgrading and breakfast was good but fresh fruit etc could do with being covered.

Nice pool, lovely breakfast, comfortable room and great staff. Quiet (Kandy is busy!). Organised taxi to our next destination. They pick you up from the station.

The hotel is up the hill so you need to get a Tuk Tuk and I would highly recomend getting an app (we used pickme) so you don’t need to explain the location or negotiate the price. Pick me was often half the price.

Beautiful room, very refreshing pool, friendly staff and tastefull breakfast. Location is very nice with a wonderful view of Kandy!
