كل حاجه فى الفندق حلوة الشاطئ نضيف جدا والبول كمان والغرف واسعه ميزة المكان انه اقرب حاجه فى السخنة للقاهرة وكل الخدمات فيه طبعا بشكر استاذ احمد خالد فى الاستقبال على كل حاجه والناس كلها هنا كانوا ناس جميلة بصراحه

The receptionist photographed our IDs using his personal mobile phone. When I questioned this, I was met with a dismissive and mocking attitude and was told that the hotel was connected to State Security. A person named Ahmed then introduced himself as "Officer Ahmed" and the hotel manager. When I requested a business card or any professional identification, he refused to provide one. I then asked to speak with a higher manager, but was told that the person in charge was a "Commander" (I do not recall the exact name) and that he was currently at another hotel branch. During the discussion, they repeatedly referred to State Security in a manner that felt intended to intimidate me and discourage me from questioning their procedures. They made repeated comments, delivered with a mocking attitude. Instead of providing transparency and reassurance, these remarks caused serious concern and left me deeply uncomfortable about my family's privacy and personal information. I felt so uncomfortable and uneasy that I chose to leave immediately with my family rather than stay at the property. I would never book this hotel again, nor any of its branches.
