Al Masa Hotel El Sokhna

A really lovely hotel, the rooms were nicely decorated and very clean. The food was really nice too and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

I hadn’t realised that there wouldn’t be other western guests so we only had bikinis which made me feel uncomfortable as we got some disapproving looks from some of the female guests. I would recommend taking a swim suit instead if you stay here. Also the kids club music on stage was very loud, it was fun for the young kids I’m sure but was unnecessarily loud for others. They had a band playing one night instead which was much nicer!

Location

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel. The bed cover was torn, and the towels provided were also torn and worn out. In addition, there were flies in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable and unhygienic. The overall condition of the room did not meet basic cleanliness standards. I hope the management improves housekeeping and maintenance for future guests.

I had a wonderful stay at Al Masa Hotel Sokhna and would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire team for their hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail. The hotel facilities were excellent, the rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere made for a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. A special thank you goes to Mr. Ahmed Khaled at the Reception. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to assist made a real difference throughout our stay. He handled every request with a smile and ensured that everything was smooth and comfortable from check-in to check-out.
