Quiet location, beautiful building, cheap grap taxi to beach and old town, Hannah was exceptional… organising tours and giving advice where to go … amazing welcome. Laundry available ..amazing service

The room - just amazing with all the open wooden beams. Large and open room, with shared balcony space. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food very good. Short walk to beach, restaurants, shopping.

The only odd thing was no fan in the washroom.

The room was huge and we loved having the balcony to watch the sunset. The women who work there are so sweet and the pool is not too cold! Breakfast is tasty. Short walk to the beach where they have sunbeds you can use. Nice area- feels more local

We might have got unlucky on the days we were there but it was so noisy from the surrounding area. We wanted a quiet stay as we're traveling with a 6 month old but there was loud music being played nearby until 11pm. We still had a great time though

Lovely big beds and comfortable outside space to relax. Hannah was so helpful.

The bathroom floor got very slippery once the shower was used

Very nicely located near but not at the beach and away from the busy tourist areas. Hannah was teriffic. Warm and friendly as well as always helpful. The room was very comfortable as were the beds. The wooden building is quite lovely and we found it relaxing. Our room had a balcony with table and chairs and a view of the river. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted. Breakfast was nice as well, and the coffee was good.

the stairway is narrow and steep, but the staff helped carry our bags up and down.

The room was bigger than we tought. The location is near the beach in this part of Hoi An. We went in low season and the beaches were not in condition to enjoy them. Therefore we enjoyed a lot the hotel because it has a beatifull swimming pool, is not big but is very enjoyable. The staff is very kind and you can use the kitchen and the living, if you need it they will help you to rent a motorbike, give you tour information and schedule train or buses.

This whole house is incredible. Simply beautiful. And people working there are just amazing. It's hard to describe, this level of luxury for this price is just unreal !!!

We had a really bad weather, impossible to go into ocean, lots of rain. So the location wasn't really the best ať that moment. Not far from the city, but you need some transport. I'm sure it's different when the weather is nice, you can use bikes,... Breakfast was very good, but it'a a la carte, not bufet style.But all was delicious.
