Truly amazing place for a stay for a group of friends. Plenty of space, great pool, helpful and kind stuff that comes mostly in the mornings to cook a fresh breakfast for you

"Awsome place"

Loved this place close to everything but in a quiet location, the pool and timber work was awsome. The staff here are exceptional nothing was ever a problem and was always greeted with a warm smile 😃. This was our favourite place that we stayed at during our month long stay. Awsome

"A must stay … especially if you are a group traveler"

A beautiful property with amazing hosts ….. amazing location in riverside front and walking beach distance Delicious breakfast was served prepared by host , they made sure we were comfortable all times , we had the villa all to ourselves… This is such an underrated place and a must stay if you are staying in Hoi an because the old town is just 10 min drive away

The place was beautiful, close to the beach and not too far from town (Grab is cheap), the breakfast was delicious and made as soon as we came down, the lady working there was lovely and everything was clean!

"Nice villa"

We had the whole villa for us. Nice villa, with authentic look. A private beach.

When taking shower the whole bathroom is wet cause the drain is not near the shower.

"Inconvenience"

Rooms were clean and spacious.

We arrived late in the evening as we had a late flight. To be fair they organized a transfer for us (which we paid for) but the next morning we’re asked if it was ok if we moved “next door” which looked like someone’s house not a villa or a hotel because the villa was “fully booked”. We had pre booked this for 3 nights well in advance. Big inconvenience to find somewhere near where the people we were travelling with at short notice but we moved to the Wyndham Garden and it was lovely, abit more expensive but great for peace of mind knowing you didn’t have to worry about being asked to move. Really shouldn’t be double booking there rooms.
