Everything - it's new, spacious, clean, we appreciate having a washing machine inside the apartment - easy to do light laundry after a day out. Parking is easy with ample space. Location is great too, Twizel is a breath of fresh air after a busier Queenstown. It's quiet and relaxing. A great base if you're visiting Omarama, Mt Cook and Tekapo.

The rooms were huge and the washing machine was a nice perk. Very quiet and comfortable beds, probably the best night's sleep of the trip.

We didn't realize that if we arrived after 7 we had to call them, it wasn't great arriving to a closed office, we had to turn on expensive international service to call them.

"Fabulous facilities, wonderfully clean."

Great place to stay for a couple of days! Loved having washing machine/dryer in the room as well as full cooking facilities with dishwasher.

Only down side, which is minor, was no towel rails.
