I booked on the app it gave me a price 990 or 900 and something vnd I booked I asked them in private what is the cost of accommodation they said the price on the app. When I got to the hotel the lady at the door treated me like a thief saying to me pay you grab driver I will take you in she was rude and unprofessional. We went up stairs she was basically screaming at me she doesn't know who texted me on the chat. She charge me 47 usd and it should have been nothing more that 990 vnd. Besides that I love the room I love the swimming pool. Thank you

The lady at reception that was rude and chargede more for what I booked.. The rest of the staff are friendly helpful
