The WiFi was awful—really poor connection. The bathroom flooded every time I took a shower. I reported this to the front desk; they asked for my room number but didn’t do anything about it. I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here—there are much better options in Phnom Penh. The kitchen wasn’t fully equipped. There weren’t many things available to use and the bed wasn't really comfortable

The air con worked, in the room we were downgraded to… in a separate building, over the main road, around the corner.

The rooms stunk of stale cigarettes. The whole building absolutely reeked. The staff were despondent, the pool in the other place filthy. The pool on the roof also hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time!! We were moved last minute to SkyCondo Apartment (Pool & Chill) just around the corner at last minute, I suspect they overbook the apartments to avoid paying taxes or booking fees, do not believe anything you are told, do not book either! We were moved to their other apartment, into a cheaper room which hadn’t been cleaned in days and smelled like alcoholic socks, soaked in cheese. The sheets were rank, they didn’t fit and we weren’t given any towels, although promised they would arrive, they never did. We were moved to a half decent room, which still smelt, and was very dirty. The WiFi connection is poor, barely anything in our room and you wouldn’t want to sit outside the room. Avoid like the plague.

Smoothy stay

Room was DIRTY! They were bed bugs and when we wanted to check out there were no staff we could refer to. The whole hotel just does not resemble the pictures and it was a big scam! Do not stay here.

Location is good. Washing mashine, tv and fridge work well. Also balcony is nice.

Had to wait for over 1,25 hours to get into the room. Washing mashine was super dirty. One day 3 people came into my apartment while i was sitting on the toilet, pants down. One with face mask and two guests with trolley suitcases. Asked management to change the door key ( doors have number codes to type in for access, no normal keys or key cards) as i did not want strangers to have access to my room and valuables any time. Management did not help at all, said it was a technican which was untrue and only wrote me stupid responses back. I assume they never change the room entry codes, so every former tenant can come back any time and enter your room as the codes dont get changed at all. Next issue was the toilet that clogged and nearky overflooded. I was asked to pay 15 USD for removal which I declined. After 2 hours a cleaning lady surprisingly came and removed it easily. This happens very often as the toilet drainage diameter of the building is way undersized the cleaner informed me. As the toilet was nearly overfilled with swimming poop and flush water I had to finish my pee business elsewere in the room. You can imagine where... Bathroom door lock is broken so the poop smell was all over the place for hours. Room cleaning never happened. Also trash never got removed neither anybody told me where to bring it. It just piled up. You have nobody on site to personally contact. Thats disgusting. Apart from the shitty and fully incompetent management it was mostly a nice place. Pool water was filthy though so I didnt go.
