Near the sea Las Arenas

We had a very unpleasant experience at this apartment. After the first night, we found a COCKROACH near the bed. Over the next few days, we discovered more—one in the sink, one behind the refrigerator, and another in a cabinet near the trash. When we looked closer, we found dirt, old cans, bottles, and dust under the kitchen cabinets. The apartment was dusty throughout, and we even had to clean the wardrobe before using it. The worst part was the owner’s response—no concern or willingness to help. I couldn’t sleep for two nights because I was afraid of insects crawling on me. A terrible experience. I do NOT recommend this place.

Location is great, the mattress is super nice and also the pillows. Very good water pressure. Very close to main beach there is an elevator close to go down to walk on sand. Close to stores and cafeterias. Sadly most of the malls are closed around. Apartament is clean on arrival.

It's not as on the pictures. At least not for me. This place needs a repaint and fix in looks. I would also change the whole kitchen since there is no oven to bake. And kitchen is just outdated. Place is clean but it clearly have stains and marks of beading worned out with time. I think I overpaid for standard or lack of it. I can recommend it only for lover price.

Everything was just perfect! The communication with the apartment owner was great, receiving and leaving the keys super easy! He was very friendly and comforting and answering all questions. The apartment has everything you need for a long stay as well and is perfectly situated. No noise at night and conforatble beds for good rests. I could not have wished for anything better.

Very good location, near the beach and Maspalomas Diunes. Well-connected town, 5 minutes to bus stop. Kitchen equipped with everything we need. Bed very comfortable, big swimming pool :) host - Claudio very helpfull and nice person! We recommend this place and plan to return in the future:)

The location was excellent, close to the sea and in the middle of services. A sunny balcony with a view of the swimming pool. There was a washing machine and everything needed in the kitchen. WIFI worked well.

The walls are very thin, and all the sounds came from the neighbor's private apartment. A completely crazy crowd lived there regularly, and they made noise most of the nights until 8 in the morning. There was no help from the reception, or anything. The man next door would always yell at us if we complained and we started to fear him. He ruined our month long vacation. We were forced to spend Christmas nights in another hotel at your own expense. This is not the fault of the owner of the apartment we rented, but it affected our vacation very unfavorably. The male receptionist treated us rudely. He didn't defend us, but he brought a raging man to our door at 4 a.m. when I had knocked on the wall. I am a 70-year-old woman, and I was very shocked.

Good location, good distribution, pool view, good facilities, comfortable bed and proximity to the ocean.

Perhaps two things I would mention: tiny shower cubicle and thin walls.

Great location, 5 min walk to the beach. Lovely balcony! All kitchenware available, washing machine. In general, for that price we are good to return 😊
