The room was newly renovated . We were first to check in into this room. Everything was new .Requested additional bed before check in but was out due to peak season. Was offered a room with sofa bed. Host was friendly. Super convenient location. Recommended.

Comfortable and Clean room, clean toilet. room near to lift, same entrance as Fave Hotel. Below the apartment have lots of shop and restaurant, very convenient.

Hot water sometime have, sometime no, not sure what is the cause.
