All the communications with all the staff were prompt with a friendly and helpful tone. They will offer all that they can to ensure a great stay in Batam. The location and the views were fantastic.

There was a strange smell coming from the kitchen sink. A lock on the bathroom sliding door would be great.

perfect location with many amenities nearby for a solo traveller. Facilities were also great. Noise level was ok. Had a great weekend for my 2023 countdown in Batam first time ever!

AC was not cold. No iron available.
