"Nice apartment but needs attention."

Lovely clean apartment, as advertised. Layout and lighting nice. Great view

Shower head falling off the wall. Kitchen tap loose and difficult to use. Lack of kitchen utensils.

The 2-way free transport from/to ferry terminal is highly appreciated! Glad to have early check-in with a bit of extra charge. Location is very strategic, can book GrabCar within 5 minutes. Indomaret & Point Coffee next door are super convenient. Room is clean & spacious, with many amenities provided. Love the fridge & sink!

No hand soap, had to buy ourselves. Water flowed from the shower area to toilet area. Some cutlery was a bit rusty. Sink had a funky smell. No housekeeping, so we had to look for supplies in the drawer. Had to locate the garbage bin outside. The nearby school happened to have a very loud event until late night.
