"It would be great if all negative feedback is fix. This is my first apartment stay."

Great location, a lot of foods(but mostly close at 10pm), got pickup to ferry .

No table and chairs at balcony (pic shown have), standard check in time is 1500(website says 1400), early check in will cost extra. Pickup from ferry require ferry ticket proof one day in advance. No daily room cleaning

Fantastic location. Very convenient, 24hrs convenient stores are just downstairs, lots of food choices all day round. Lots of Grab drivers nearby , can get a ride any time to any where.

No microwave oven.

Fast and easy checking in and out Friendly staff

No phone in room for emergency use Could improve on the chanels of the television. Not just Youtube/netflix

"Loved the high floor unit and that the apartment was located inside a hotel with 24h reception"

Location was great. Lots of shops around and Nagoya Mall was within walking distance, but busy roads to cross.

Studio kitchen was a little rundown. The cups did not look very clean and I could not locate any cutlery.
