Big Fish Resort Koh Tao

Fin beliggenhet, nydelig strand, hyggelig personalet, både på hotellet og i restauranten. God mat. Gode senger, godt rom, veldig enkelt standard, men greit. Badet burde vært renovert. Det trakk ned.

Badet m toalett som absolutt burde vært gjort noe med. Pågår noe malerarbeid mv. men det er behov for en heving av romstandard

Все хорошо на самом деле! И даже пляж приятный с чистой водой, с приватной территорией. Отдых душой! А вот завтрак, лучше в отеле не брать...

Helt ok för priset. Fint läge vid stranden, gott om ställen att äta på i närheten.

Rummet var möjligen något mörkt och sängar/kuddar hårda.

The location was nice with private beach. food at restaurant was ok.

The staff were incredibly rude, the place was like a building site and not safe for children to be running around. Plasterboard left right outside our room and wouldn’t move it. Sharp materials such as rusty Nails, broken tiles lying around but manager told me it was my job to tell the workers in the morning to clean it. When I challenged this the owner got very hostile and said if we didn’t like it that we can check out and turned away and ignored me and wouldn’t listen to anything we had to say. I was unable to discuss any issues because she would talk over and become hostile. Baring in mind it was just days before Xmas and travelling with three children! We ended up checking out and paying double to stay elsewhere. No electric for the first day which meant no fan or ac! Shower room - awful and water was cold. Overall horrendous service and wouldn’t stay here if they paid me.

Le petit déjeuner, je n'ai jamais vu ça, ne vous attendez pas à un buffet. Vous choisissez 1 boisson chaude ( café soluble) et 1 plat ( pour nous c'était 3 pauvres toasts avec 1 barquette de beurre et 1 barquette de confiture !) , et je ne parle pas de la longueur à nous servir en différé, alors ok ce n'est pas cher mais franchement c'est abusé , même pas un jus de fruit ! Même pas un second café... Pour arriver à la chambre, il faudra gravir des marches d'une hauteur vertigineuse! La chambre... juste le minimum, pas de frigo, ni de coffre fort, aucun confort, si ce n'est une belle terrasse. Et il faut demander le ménage à la réception sinon vous conservez des serviettes qui ne sentent pas très bon...pas de recharge en bouteille d'eau non plus... Environnement très bruyant entre la route à proximité et les voisins qui hurlent à 6h du matin... Idem si vous souhaitez des serviettes de plage il faudra payer comme un peu tout dans cet hôtel .

La ubicación era excelente.

El WC perdía agua cada vez que tirabas de la cadena, la cabaña estaba un poco destartalada pero no fue un problema para nosotros. Nos pareció correcto. Las almohadas eran muy duras. Solamente pasamos una noche, y nos alojamos en la cabaña de las obras (toda la entrada estaba llena de andamios de hierro y escombros, también gente trabajando como es lógico)
