The beach and there was hot water.

I probably had bed bugs because I was being bitten all night. The room had another bed that had nothing to do there..

Très bon rapport qualité/prix. L'hôtel est proche de Shark Bay, avec une jolie plage juste en face et assez loin du centre fêtard donc plus calme. La chambre était très bien pour le prix et le ventilateur était suffisant. Nous avions de l'eau en bouteille tous les jours et la chambre est nettoyée à la demande. Les serviettes, le shampoing, gel douche, etc sont fournis.

Pas de signal wifi dans les chambres près de la route. Les canalisations avaient vraiment une mauvaise odeur, même si ce n'est pas de leur faute. Il manque une petite lumière de chevet et les couverture étaient plutôt des draps.

Ufff en servicio no se puede dar una estrella porque creo que una es mucho por dónde empezar 1 cama muy dura 2 baño muy mal olor 😷 siempre olor a desagüe 3 aire acondicionado muy antiguo demasiado ruido había que apagarlo para poder dormir 4 la niña de recepción cero actitud y disposición ( desagradable) 5 si alguien quiere cambio de toallas o algo uno debe llevarlas a recepción porque ellos no se van a mover 6 destacable el Garzón que trabaja en el restaurant muy amable 7 tiene una muy linda vista de la playa, aunque no es una playa tan linda como otras que puedes encontrar en Koh Tao

A pie de playa, cerca de otras playas. Muchos restaurante cerca. A media hora caminando del puerto.

No tenía tele y en la reserva se suponía que teníamos una en la habitación.

This place has so much potential to be a gem! Great location, good sized rooms, restaurant on site but also great food close by. The top floor balconies feel more private and one that we stayed in had a big balcony almost like a living room but the stairs are too steep for very little kids. Be sure to ask. And hey travellers: Ko Tao doesn’t have a fresh water source and all water is collected rain water that is stored. We came in the rainy season and didn't have a water issue like others have stated. Also consider having short showers and not doing laundry on Ko Tao if you are only there for a few days.

I think there was an issue with the room description on booking.com as I only searched for rooms with AC and booked this one at B1000. When we arrived it was additional B500 for AC. This can be really frustrating for travellers who have a tight budget.The room sleeps 3 but we had to book 2 rooms because we are 4. Honestly they could probably get a trundle or bunk bed so some of the rooms would sleep 4 and charge b2000 per room and everyone would have been happier and the hotel could probably make more money. I think because we paid b3000/2rooms per night it left us a bit bitter about the situation. So make sure you have AC and a shower with hot water in writing before you arrive. Something that could improve the hotel is have foot rinse tub in front of each bungalow entrance that are in clusters of 6. It was tough to keep the sand out!

The location of this Resort is amazing. It’s located directly at the beach. Our room was simple but nice as it was in the first row with a balcony directly facing the beach. Our room was not super modern but instead the view was amazing! We enjoyed our time here a lot. There’s a 7eleven as well as many restaurants close by. The beach was not too overcrowded and an amazing place to just calm down and relax. We enjoyed our stay here a lot.
