Very clean, very comfortable and lovely decor. Has everything you could need. Great location. Very close to train station & bus to University just around the corner. Very good value for money.

Great decor! Who doesn't want to shower with Marilyn Monroe, quite frankly? Lovely soaps and thoughtful kitchen basics. Fully-functioning record player! This place is the dream.

This place is right in the heart of Brighton and there was audible noise of jolity and frivolity on weekend evenings. Music from bars and pubs stopped at midnight. This was NO PROBLEM at all for us IN ANY WAY AT ALL but worth a mention here if you are looking for a quiet break or travelling with children.

Loads to love about this cute house. Brand new decor and spotlessly clean. Super comfy beds, excellent shower, everything we needed in the kitchen plus some little extras. Really easy from the station and close to shops and beach. Some excellent coffee places nearby, perfect for a Sunday morning.

Only slight issue was, Saturday night in Brighton is party night, and with the nearby pub the lane got a little rowdy. But didn't detract from our stay,!
