This is a beautifully decorated apartment with great facilities. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could need to prepare meals. It's very handy that there is a downstairs toilet. Everything is within a short walking distance so you can easily enjoy everything Brighton has to offer. There was great communication from the host which was appreciated.

There are only a couple of things I would mention. This is a great apartment for a group of friends or a couple, not so much for a family. The living room area is right next to the street so it can be noisy. It was very cold when we stayed and the duvets on the beds were very thin. I did communicate this to the host though who was happy to take onboard the suggestion of thicker duvets.

Very central location in North Laines, great access to central Brighton. Very well presented, clean and everything in perfect working order.

Great location.

It was very loud with party people directly outside late in the evening, with the living space being directly next to the rd this was a little frighting for my 8 year old. Due to the location being in the North Lanes and next to 2 pubs I guess this was to be expected. Nothing the property owner can do about this.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It’s quirky and fun but also cosy and homely. Comfy beds, plenty of towels and lovely homeware. Even lots of milk and even oat milk - you’d thought of everything! We were 3 friends and the set up suit us perfectly with lots of space. The location is brilliant - just down the road from the station and the car park, right near the lovely shops and cafes but also quiet enough for a great sleep. And a giant thank you for helping us out last minute when our original booking cancelled - we appreciated it so much!

Cute and quirky haven in the middle of Brighton Lanes. Lovely vibe. Check-in and out super efficient Perfect bolthole with girlfriends. Well equipped, would recommend

Nothing. But as with anywhere in Brighton take your earplugs for the morning full chorus.

Location was great and we found the accommodation fun, high quality and welcoming.

It was very hot in the upstairs rooms, but fans were available, which quickly cooled the air.
