"Great house for a family stay"

Very good house for a family. The house had a good location. It was located to two convenience stores and some eateries. The beddings and house was generally clean. It had pots and pans for making your own meals. It was an okay walk away from Grays station. The bus stop was just 5 minutes away connecting conveniently to the Grays rail station and other locations. We will book again.

The food waste bin had been missed before our check-in which had left a smell in the kitchen. A more thorough pre-arrival inspection would have avoided this. The living room curtains could do with some cleaning too. These were not enough to mess our stay. Just pointers to improve the experience. Otherwise a very good house to stay in.

You just need to visit this flat to agree with me that the pictures did no justice to how this flat actually is. Very clean, quiet and plenty of space. Smart TVs in all the rooms including the living area. Equipt with Netflix and other streamings you may enjoy. Parking space just in front of your flat. Clean flat, responsive host. I can't fault my stay at all. I will come back again and again.

Well, we could sit outside but first had to clean it all. There were also weeds everywhere.

Not sure why this is marketed as a 'beautiful' house. The pictures, taken years ago, do not show the current bad state. Nothing has been done at this house for ages. Very unhealthy and a problem is that the walls have mold in the bedrooms... The drawers of the cupboards fall out, partly all is very dirty. Least problem is that one ceiling fan did not work because of batteries. However, it was a hot day yday and not easy to cool that room down. Also, the grill on the pictures does not exist.

The privacy for my family. Garden was great for the weather. The bedrooms were sufficient for the guests and the living room perfect for visitors.
