"Iconic location in Ubud. Very special rooms."

Amazing location inside Ubud palace, came with complimentary access to the nightly events (as entry into the palace requires a ticket then, but as hotel guest you can bypass this). Very peaceful and serene. There are many restaurants near by that are famous like Ibu Oka (for babi Guling). Easy access to the sweet orange walking trail! The iconic location also made it absolutely easy to arrange for taxi and tour pick ups!

The fragrances uses on the bed linen were quite strong, which took a day or 2 to get used. More surfaces to place stuff or hooks to hang clothes would have been great.

"Lovely place, great location!"

Breakfast was wonderful but they won't serve it before 9 am. The location was perfect.

The staff speak very little English. No help with tours and other touristic activities. The breakfast has to be served earlier because the tours start usually at 8 am.

The location is fantastic. You literally living in the palace.

The bed is very soft. Water pressure from the shower is pathetic. There are lots of mosquitoes

You literally live in the palace. Quite the experience!

Lizard sounds, thankfully none were inside my room but they were loud outside my room. Toilet wasn’t as clean as expected

location is center in the ubud palace, convenient to places of interest. staff are friendly.

No facility, just basic room with mini fridge, tv, aircon and toiletries. Low value for money. - We happen to come across the religious ceremony during our two nights stay, which are super noisy and not possible to get to sleep at all. One night till midnight, and the other one finished at 1am. Need to check with the hotel in advance to avoid staying during the ceremony. - The water temperature is difficult to adjust. - The electricity tripped for four times on the second night. - No staff after 9pm. We asked for staff what'sapp in case of emergency.
