You can enjoy panoramic view on the see from the terrace, enjoy the inside yacuzzi or just hide inside before heat and relax. Beautiful pristine accomodation facing the sea with gorgeous rooftop terrace for enjoying the view. Ideal location to walk to all sights and experiences of Monopoli. Very welcoming staff and extra helpful arranging private driver as needed.

No criticism.

This was the best part of our trip to Puglia! The property is perfectly located and beautifully decorated, with great attention to detail. Our hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating to our needs. Don’t miss the sunrise swim at the beach right in front of the house! This is probably the best place to stay in Monopoli. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention the ensuite jacuzzi and the amazing terrace (accompanied by a bottle of prosecco, gifted to us by the host), which made our stay exceed all expectations. We truly didn’t want to leave this place!

Me and my friend had the pleasure of staying at Gianno’s lovely suite. The room was comfortable, clean, and very well located in the old town of Monopoli. I loved that there was a large refrigerator and some appliances in the kitchen. There is a beautiful view of the sea from the apartment. What really stood out to us was his hospitality in making sure we had everything we needed. We got stranded one day at the beach and he helped get us a ride back. He really did go above and beyond to help us! Also extremely personable and kind. Never have we had the experience of a host like him. We recommend anyone to stay in his suites. You will feel very welcomed!

Everything was near perfect. I would just add a sponge, dish soap, and towel in the kitchen for cleaning dishes.

Location & Terrace

No need for jacuzzi a sofa area would have been used more by us but we a being really picky we really enjoyed our stay

The accommodation is amazing - very well equipped, lovely design and attention to detail is fantastic. Very clean & comfortable. There has been so much passion, enthusiasm and thought gone into preparing this suite for guests. The location is perfect, one of the best in old Monopoli - great view of the sea, so very close to many great restaurants and bars and also very close to a supermarket & bakery. There is also a lovely little terrace, sea views, with a double canopied wicker bed for relaxing and watching the world go by. Gianni has so much energy and enthusiasm for his property and his guests - wanting everyone to enjoy their stay in Monopoli in this beautiful suite. Nothing is too much trouble for him - so passionate and eager to help. What a lovely person, and great accommodation

Amazing location, unique and beautiful apartment. Marcella gave us a warm welcome and was very helpful with any query we had…local restaurant recommendations and organising an airport transfer. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Very hard to say as we enjoyed it so much.

Excellent location right on water front. A clean, modern 1 bedroom apt down 3 steps (so below street level) with super comfy beds and great rain shower. Bathrobes were a very nice touch. Gianni is a terrific host who was very helpful offering restaurant advice and even booking. Came to pick me up at edge of town - not far -but no cars allowed in historic area after 10am so not easy with luggage or mobility issues. Monopoli is a great place and apt not far from lots of restaurants

Disappointed that description not clear that the terrace is up 15 steep steps from kitchen with only ropes as hand rail and very difficult to get out onto the terrasse, so was unable to use it. Nowhere else to sit except at kitchen table. Bedroom has a fancy jacuzzi-type tub - didn't figure it out and would have preferred a sofa. Place is cute but cluttered. Coupons given for breakfast were not free just advertising (although restaurant was good), Not made aware in booking about historic area and that no cars allowed except 8-10am and even then trucks often block access - make sure you arrange how to get there with Gianni. No laundry facilities.

Wonderfully situated in the historic part of Monopoli. Spotlessly clean, cosy with all amenities in perfect order. Authentic and traditional!

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like

Apulia Charming Suites is definitely a company we would use again. Everything in the accommodation was clean and luxurious. Very well equipped and well maintained. Room service was lovely and the breakfast just a stones throw away was excellent value for money in a lovely restaurant. The terrace was beautiful- we didn’t use it as much as we thought because beaches are bats are a stones thrown away. Our host Gianni was impeccable/ nothing was too much trouble. He felt like an old friend. What an amazing stay in Monopoli ❤️ Thank you Gianni for an amazing, much needed, stress free holiday
