"Exceptional"

This location is amazing. We were there on our honeymoon and the property was perfect. Right by the water and ocean walk, you have a beautiful view of sunrise and it is right in old town so walking distance from amazing shops and restaurants. The surroundings and view are beautiful, we would sit on the balcony and look out at the ocean. The host and staff were amazing as well. Incredibly responsive and welcoming. They met us for breakfast to explain the property and setup anything else we may need for the stay. Even helped us get a taxi to and from our train. Incredibly accommodating and nice.

The owner as well as Marcella, the property manager, went above and beyond to ensure we had all we needed to make our stay comfortable and most memorable! A wonderful breakfast was provided each day of our stay at a great local restaurant. Unit was decorated very tastefully!!! Bed was the most comfortable bed we’ve slept on since we started our Italy trip 4 weeks ago. Sitting on rooftop allowed for great views of the absolute beautiful sea and sunrises!

Due to city laws, we could not park on sight even though there was ample space for parking. We had to drive for quite a while just to find a spot and then walk a good 20 minutes or more to get back. An issue the owner is actively working to change. They took the time to explain all of this to us.

The owner/host Gianni was amazing from the moment we arrived. He is so friendly, welcoming, kind and knowledgeable He made us feel right at home and helped set up amazing dining experience . His Villa is exceptionally stylishly designed and decorated. It is beautifully set up for all of your needs. The location is perfect in the center of the all action with restaurants, shops and sights right out your door, but completely cool and quiet inside. Moreover, the private rooftop terrace is magnificent to take in the amazing view! Truly an amazing experience that was the highlight of our trip.

There’s a charmingly slightly low passageway into the bedroom area. Be sure to duck your head !😊
