Manger, said no catering. When asked my office staff to get it refused to deliver the food. I m a diabetics senior citizen on business in Bangalore! Arrogant attitude, and gunda type response. I located immediately and checked in at another hotel in Bangalore before my flight to Delhi. Pls do not refer such gangsters runing unprofessional hotel industry demanding more money than you advised. Lack of communication skills with poor and nil customer care.
