A lot of stairs (no other alternative) - problematic if traveling with aged / PwD.

Hotel is at very good location, very close to all nearby attractions. All the staff were cooperative and kind.

Lift can be installed, it can be somewhat difficult for elderly people.

STAFF SERVICE IS BAD. THEY DONT THOROUGHLY CHECK THE ROOMS BEFORE CHECK IN OF GUEST. OUR TELEPHONE WAS NOT WORKING. LATE SERVICE OF TEA AT ROOM. NOT ENCOURAGING. NEED IMPROVEMENT.

Excellent locatikn.. rooms r clean. Polite staff. Good food. It is location is the best one in all hotels in Saputara.
