The property is in a great location to restaurants and the beach

Right on the beach. The family run homestay and restaurant were excellent, brekkie great. Very clean. Unfortunately the boom boom music next door started 4pm till midnight, ear plugs didn't help much, would prob not deter younger travellers. Safe walking around the streets, surrounded by restaurants. We missed not being supplied with bottled water, but not an issue.

The position was ideal, 2 minutes from the beach and the breakfasts at The Dolphin Bar were good with an amazing beach side location. The staff, especially Em, were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Great location right by plenty of bars and restaurants.

Tea and coffee facilities were shared with the downstairs apartment. We were upstairs so not ideal in the mornimg. Thay was the only negative, it really was a lovely place!

Wunderschönes Homestay mit allem was man braucht und mehr....EM und seine Familie kümmern sich um alles und sind sehr herzlich ❤️. 50 Meter bis zum Meer, gratis Sonnenliegen und Handtücher. Frühstück top, Essen und Cocktails ebenso. Wir kommen wieder!

Em is a great host, close to the beach, relaxing and relatively quiet, decent breakfast included, clean and spacious room with a nice bathroom and comfy bed. Very handy with grab pickup right outside the front gate.

The location is great, but the walkable area around it feels a bit like the western parts of Thailand or Bali — it’s all western food and a lot of western families. You need to take a scooter or car to reach Hoi An old town. The beach it’s connected to is also very busy. I personally prefer a bit more privacy and local cuisine, but this comes down to personal preference, not necessarily anything “wrong” with the area, and there was thing to complain about regarding the property itself. L’accueil était excellent, la localisation parfaite ( à la plage), au calme mais très proche de rues très animées. Nous recommandons ce logement

Top Lage in Hoi An. Frühstück mit Meerblick. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit der unteren Terrasse, es war sehr ruhig zum schlafen, nur 50 m vom Meer und in einem Garten. Das Zimmer hat alles was man braucht und sogar noch viel Platz im Aussenbereich mit kleiner Küche um Kaffee oder Tee zu kochen. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich um die Ecke. Mit dem Grab ist man schnell im Zentrum und auch für weitere Ausflüge liegt man sehr zentral.Em und die ganze Familie sind sehr hilfsbereit und Gastgeber mit Herz. Es werden Lunchpakete besorgt, wenn man früh los geht, Taxi organisiert und wo nötig weitergeholfen. Sehr empfehlenswert , wir würden wieder buchen!
