Everything was amazing, including the owners.

Other guests would have to walk through my entrance and past my windows to get to their room.

Em is such a friendly host. The homestay is very close to the beach where you have your breakfast

Nothing bad

We were made to feel very welcome when we arrived and were well looked after during our stay. The room is spacious, comfortable and clean, with a large terraced area outside.

From the pictures, we thought our room was right next to the beach, but it is set back and there is a short walk to the restaurant, which is on the beach.

We loved our stay here! From the start we felt so welcomed by Em and his family who run the homestay. The included breakfast was delicious and Em was happy to help with arranging airport transfer, motorbike rental and even laundry. All for a very reasonable rate too. We appreciated the private atmosphere of our room, which was more spacious than other rooms we have experienced in Vietnam and the surrounding area felt cozy and secluded. It’s close to a convenience store and 10 minutes away from old town Hoi An, which made this a great spot to explore the area from.
