Info regarding use of key pad could have been clearer as it only lit up when pressing a dark area on the door that turned out to be the pad.

Good location to centre, good pressure in the shower, well contained safe rooms

There was a blood stain on one of our main pillows. The room was a lot smaller than what it looked in pictures and was very cramped especially when travelling with suitcases, there was no where to put them. Wouldn’t stay again.

Really comfortable and roomy bedroom and en-suite. Nice decor. Never felt confined. Good hanging space and drawers. Tea & coffee plus fridge. 5 minute walk over the Old Bridge into town where there are plenty of options for breakfast. On street parking. Though on roadside & opposite dock it was quiet. Kept well informed by host re booking procedure.

Nothing, aware there was not a breakfast option prior to arrival so it was no problem

Beautifully decorated room and lovely looking social area although we did not use it.

The grounds on the outside of the building were a little undesirable I.e., empty fridge on the next door driveway, however I understand that is not your responsibility.

Great location, comfortable room, easy access, communication was great, only 35 minutes from Edinburgh by train
