"Pretty much perfect for what we needed and wanted. great base to explore and very comfortable."

Decor and communication from teh owners in advance of check in.

Not a plot you can do but teh rooms are not sound proofed and at times felt like we were sharing with people.

Lovely room, beautifully decorated with a great shower. Warm and cosy with tea and coffee plus small fridge in room which was good. Access to microwave was handy and plenty of crockery etc available. Parking was convenient.

Location brilliant and room was beautiful. Kitchen facilities very cleverly designed and a real bonus.

"The Best Boutique"

the location was perfect easy walking distance to beach and town centre. We loved the room it had everything we needed. Would definitely come back and I've also told family and friends about the Rob Roy. There's shops and restaurants nearby. We just absolutely loved it. Thank you.

There was nothing we didn't like.
