"Nice hub to drop your stuff off and go out. Only use the stay as a bed to sleep and nothing more."

This is more shared home living. The host has a full kitchen and split up the house into tiny rooms to make it rentable. The host is also very hospitable.

Location wasn’t my favorite.

"Warm and nice guesthouse"

Place feels like home, laid-back atmosphere. Wonderful owner, full of personality and tries to help out as he can despite not speaking much english. Drove me and another guest out for sushi in a nearby place. Breakfast included, kickstarts the day nicely. 7-11 nearby. Cute dog. Washing clothes possible. AC works (important!). Wifi works. I recommend.

I liked it a lot, but writing probable pain points here to help you decide: - old, not the cleanest (sufficient for me) - japanese-style walls that let snoring through - tobacco smoke indoors if other guests do so - early wakeup just from breakfast preparation noise - bit of a walk from the station

"Fabulous Host"

Everything is available in the house. Moreover 7*11 is close by. Mr. Umeno was very welcoming. Recommended for staying for short as well as long stays!

"Good stay with breakfast"

The host and his dog were lovely and he made us breakfast (eggs, toast, banana) which was really kind! There were other people staying in the house and I had breakfast with them too which was lovely:) It is good for the price and it took me about 25 mins walk from Takatsuki Station. It's also so close to a convenience store so that was perfect too.

The house was not that clean.
