Peaceful & Spacious Family Home In Eastbourne!

L'emplacement est impeccable; 15min de la gare et du centre. La moquette était neuve. L'hôte répond rapidement. Si vous êtes à la recherche d'un lieu pour strictement dormir et bon marché, cela pourrait vous convenir. Si vous pensez pouvoir y passer du temps en famille ou entres amis, y cuisiner, passer votre chemin.

La cuisine est dans un très mauvais état. Des éléments manquent, laissant de larges trous sales dans les coins. Beaucoup des ustensiles sont cassés, il n'y a pas assez de verres, les casseroles semblent très vieilles et mal lavées,... Lors de fortes pluies, la machine à laver s’est remplie d’eau et l’eau est également entrée par la porte d’entrée. Le logement n’est pas rangé : des cartons sont empilés dans les coins, des chaises entassées derrière une armoire, et la commode tombe en pièces. Dans la petite salle de bains, les joints de la douche sont moisis, la tête de douche est couverte de calcaire, il n’y a pas d’eau chaude et le robinet fuit… et la liste pourrait encore continuer. Nous avons aussi retrouvé des miettes dans le canapé, qui n’a manifestement pas été nettoyé depuis des années. En surface, le logement semble soigné et arrangé, mais la réalité est tout autre. Cher propriétaire, s’il vous plaît, pensez à un rafraîchissement complet de l’appartement, ou arrêtez de le proposer en location.

Location to beach is excellent. 2 bathrooms a plus point. Quite road as it’s a one way so traffic limited. Spacious rooms.

Was a top floor apartment that wasn’t mentioned. Quite steep stairs. The carpet was a bit shocking as it was not fitted on the stairs and because it was white, was really grubby everywhere. Horrible sight when you first walk in. Gladly the spaciousness and decor tries to distract you from the carpet. Couldn’t watch the tv as all the apps were logged out. No plugs for the bath or kitchen sink which I texted the owner about. I think updated pics should be put online as the photos are not reflective.

Sofa dirty Vax hoover was dirty empty it twice whilst there. Mattress had stains Your cleaners should be sacked. On arrival, I headed to Sainsbury's to clean this property. I booked this property as my home in Eastbourne was being decorated, my son has allergies, this place i had to clean thoroughly on arrival, and every day, I bought disinfectant, antibacterial etc. Personally, this was a very bad experience. We were meant to leave on Saturday, 19th July 2025, we check out on Friday 18th 2025 even though my decorators had not finished, we couldn't stand be in this property anymore. I'm very disappoint considering how much I paid for it. I took many photos but booking.com only allows me to put up only a few. I think I should get a refund Personally 🤔

WiFi. Host communicates well.

The property is very dirty. Carpets need a deep clean or need to be replaced. Sofa is very dirty and smelly. There is mould / mildew in the bathrooms.
