"The property lives up to its title from the owner!"

This property is about 15 minute walk from Eastbourne Town center, local Mace shop bout 2mins away from property, local Catholic Church (St Agnes) bout 10mins from property. Loads of room in the property. Very well heated. Shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap provided in all bathrooms. Tea and coffee also provided. Great having a washing machine on site! A lovely additional touch was the decorated Christmas tree in the front room. I recommend this property for being clean, spacious and great value for money.

"A good property which could have been better with a few of the changes mentioned above"

Large bedroom each and bathroom each. Large lounge. Apartment was warm and peaceful.

Steep stairs to landing. Only one small mirror in the whole apartment. No instructions for heating. Only one tea towel which was stained. No numbers on hob, making it difficult to know which burner was which/on or off. Had to go downstairs to turn off light by front door. Table and couple of the chairs had wonky legs. Needed more lamps in bedrooms. No lamps in lounge and nasty stain under the rug.
