It was clean and comfortable, for me the bed was too low and the towels were rough and dingy.

There was roaches

Amazing. Good people, 10/10 attention, always available if I needed anything. I would stay again without any problem. The room is clean and quiet.

Nothing, to be honest.

The photos provided in the listing were rather misleading. The living room couch had a pile of large black plastic bags on it, as did the ottoman. The outside of the house needs quite a bit of maintenance. The wrong key was hanging on the room door. When I tracked down the owner by text (she was out of town), she insisted that the key worked. Thankfully there was a jar of keys in the kitchen, and the correct one was there. The bed wasn't very comfortable, The bathroom, including the shower, had no place to put toiletries, except the floor. The bathroom sink soap dispenser was empty, so had to fill it myself from a dispenser in the kitchen. That was the only soap provided; none for the shower.

The room was clean.

The location of the property wasn’t the best. It was in a slightly rundown neighborhood. It was a 15 minute drive to attractions and the beach, etc. The house itself, other than the bedrooms could have been more in order. There were supplies and bags full of linens, etc. everywhere and the kitchen wasn’t the greatest. The only thing that I used were the Styrofoam cups and the microwave I would not have wanted to use anything else because nothing else looked like it was clean. The refrigerator needed a good cleaning out. I don’t know whose food was in there but I wouldn’t have put mine in it. A good deep clean, and a deep declutter would make the place much more appealing.
