Awesome hosts. Helped and answered every time I needed it. Great for the money. All facilities worked well.

The room was clean and spacious. The kitchen was equipped with dishes, plastic ware and coffee for guests. I liked the fact that there was a couch in the room and not simply a bed and that I had my own private bathroom. There was a washer and dryer available for convenience. There have been recent renovations, including new tile throughout the home and a new shower in the unit. The owner was very welcoming and was responsive when there was a question. Overall, the accommodation was quiet, pleasant and comfortable.

Outside of the room, there was really no sitting area. Given the cooler weather, I would like to have had a place to sit outside. There was absolutely no yard space or porch area, indicating this is mainly just an area to sleep and maybe have a quick breakfast in the kitchen but not to spend any time at during the day. Also, the couch facing the front door was littered with trash bags. When I asked the owner if they could be moved, I was told they were clean laundry intentionally placed there. When I returned, I saw them off the couch but on the floor in front of it. It's not aesthetically pleasing. Perhaps they could've been placed in a linen closet instead?

The only thing-and this is little-would be that there wasn’t any cream or sugar for the coffee. I thought it would have been a nice touch since there was a coffee maker. But I grabbed my own, not that big of a deal

I wasn’t sure if I’d like a shared accommodation because I usually like privacy, but this place was great. I hardly saw anyone else, but when I did everyone was very friendly. Especially the owner, who was very attentive anytime I had questions or needed help with anything. Love that they allow dogs! My little guy had a great time, the neighborhood is also really nice to walk. Considering the price this place is a really good deal. It’s safe if you’re traveling alone and will save you money over a hotel. Also there’s a ton of restaurants and large shopping plazas just up the road, so there’s almost unlimited choices for food and shopping. Thank you again to the host! I would stay again because of the way she treats you as a guest and welcomes you into her home.
