very friendly and adequate owner, constant attention to our requests and inquiries, great location, next to the turtle beach, our room was the best, almost with access to the ocean... only positive emotions, we were there for 29 days and we are thinking about coming here again

Total herzlicher Empfang, sodass man sich direkt wie zuhause fühlt. Der Gastvater kümmert sich total liebevoll um alles und man bekommt mehrmals Tee, Kokosnüsse und ein super leckeres Frühstück, direkt am Meer. Die Zimmer sind außerdem sauber und man hat eine Terrasse direkt am Meer, mit einem wundervollen Ausblick. Der turtle Beach ist direkt neben an (3 Minuten) und man hat einen eigenen Strand Zugang. Total toll ist auch, dass auf dem Gelände eine leckeres Restaurant ist (sehr süß/ gemütlich zum sitzen) wo man jederzeit mit leckerem Essen, von der Gastmama bekocht werden kann. Direkt nebenan ist auch ein Supermarkt :)

Very nice hosts, beautiful view. Clean room, typical Sri Lanka standard. Good breakfast. You can walk to the turtle beach in the morning before people arrive.

Loads of mosquitoes in the bathroom.

The only nice thing was the view from our bedroom.

If you can avoid staying at this place, PLEASE DO. My sister, partner and I are very easy going however this place was terrible. Firstly starting off with the toilet not working, we informed them to which they fixed it however stopped working multiple times after this, I told them there was no water in the bathroom sink, nothing was done. Breakfast was cold and food seemed old. Just overall no maintenance done and very dirty and unclean. The place know very limited English which was hard also.

Staying at this beachfront house was truly a dream. Booking direct was seamless and so worth it — from the moment we arrived, everything felt personal and relaxed. Falling asleep each night to the gentle sound of the waves was pure magic. It’s the kind of peacefulness you can’t find anywhere else. And waking up? Even better. Opening the door to the fresh sea breeze and enjoying breakfast right by the ocean was unforgettable. The view is breathtaking, the air is salty and fresh, and every morning feels like a gift. The home itself was comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. You can tell it’s cared for with love. If you’re looking for a peaceful, beachfront escape — this is it.
