Very bad

It is a small & simple hotel which is located on the cape. This cute cape with palms and crushing ocean waves is incredible. You can feast your eyes upon the turquoise ocean from the hotel teracce and balcony also. The dinner in Sri Lankan style was tasty. The host and staff - Sri Lankan family - were quite hospitable and caring. The ocean is quite rough here, but Wijaya beach with shallow waters is about 300-400 meters only.

Where were some regular electricity problems, after that the water pump did not work properly. Anyway, they fixed several times trying to do their best. Rooms are quite small and simple, but for a couple of days, they are Ok. The view and ocean here atones for all these minor things.

A little worn and tacky. No soap, no drinking water.

The location is fantastic since it sits right on the waters edge. Seaviews are beautiful. Room is basic but adequate. AC in room works well. WiFi good. Owners of the hotel were friendly and helpful.

Cleanliness of general areas, especially the shared kitchen, could be improved.

I didn't have much expectations when i first went there, but i was pleasantly surprised by this little resort. First of all, the location is superb. placed right next to a wonderful beach, with a beautiful surrounding. We booked a room with the sea view and it was fantastic. Amenities-wise, doesn't have much, such as soap or tooth brushes but they do have air-conditioning, hot water and extra towels. The room was clean and minimal but comfortable. We specially liked how the waves lapping at the beach all night long serenaded us. They had a nice breakfast and it was included in the price. We had our lunch from an amazing restaurant called 'persian kitchen' right next door but you can order food from the hotel as well. Never have we been to a place which was so totally worth the price and looking forward to return to.

The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was a big, comfy and clean. The location is perfect, You have feet in the water. Chilling and watching the Ocean is absolutely unique . Overall wonderfull experience, would recommend.

Front of sea. Nice location.

Services were extremely poor. Owner Premaratna was very arranging. Served a rotten milk for bed tea. When questioned he screamed me with filth. Meals took over 1 hour after ordering. Lack of staff. Very disappointed with the services and specially this man.

Excellent location on the beachfront. Good sleeps and wave sounds keeping the traffick noise mostly away. Pretty basic rooms but you dont need much more than a bed and a toilet in such a beautiful location. Ac working well. Breakfast also good and so was the curry and rice dinner that we tryed. Friendly family athmosphere but dont be on a hurry in here.

Everything was perfect, the staff are so friendly and helpful. Great location with a beautiful little beach and perfect for swimming.
