La struttura è nuova ed accogliente, il servizio di portineria apprezzato e il parcheggio all'interno della struttura perfetto per noi.

Super apartment , with a very nice living room/Kitchen , large outdoor balcony , with table and chairs , modern bedroom, 2 pillows each both nice and firm and large bathroom , well equipped with everything . Excellent security once we understood how to get in to the building and the covered /private parking ( which we were happy to pay extra for ) Would definetely recommend this location as short walk to supermarkets in Via Napoli . We took the bus to the centre from nearby bus stop in the daytime and came back by taxi after dinner . Host , Gabriella , responded well when we needed help on the entry process and we paid for the parking and city taxes to the Conciege as requested . Otherwise contact was minimal which was fine . She allowed us a late check out which was much appreciated . Doubt we will come back to Bari as many other Regions to explore but definetely recommend the MarisaBella Suite Spa 3 to other travellers , especially for those arriving by car and want to stay in a well protected modern building.

A charging outlet close to the dining table for laptop use - I used the TV one as dont watch TV . Jacuzzi was "unplugged", I think - even though temperature was 25-28 but not a big deal .

Tres bonne communication par message avec la personne chargée de la location. Très bel appartement, très clair, bien agencé. La sécurisation du bâtiment par des codes. La possibilité d'avoir une place de stationnement dans l'immeuble moyennant paiement en plus. La grande terrasse est vraiment un plus. Table, chaises, canapé , bain de soleil et surtout le jacuzzi.

J'aurai aimé trouver des verres à pied pour boire vin ou proseccio. J'aurai aimé de l'eau en bouteille et non de l'eau du robinet en carafe. Le manque d'indication quant au fonctionnement du jacuzzi. Le quartier est vraiment vrariment trop bruyant à cause de la circulation, c'est également un quartier d'habitation. Dommage pour un appartement de standing avec son côté romantique. Le manque d'entretien, il manque un pommeau de douche, le bac à glaçons aurait besoin d'être degivré.

Appartamento moderno in una struttura nuova. A piedi è mezz'oretta dal centro.

La piscina esterna un po sporca peccato perché avremmo voluto usarla di più.
