+ gospodarz - bardzo dobra komunikacja oraz wsparcie, mocna strona tego apartamentu + taras - duży taras, który daje sporo komfortu + wanna z hydromasażem - duża dla rodziny czy grupy przyjaciół, rekompensuje wszystko + apartament w nowym budynku + obok przystanku autobusowego, który daje pełny dostęp do starego miasta w 5 minut (autobus wykonuje pętlę) + kilka innych dobrych opcji logistycznych. Lokalizacja pomiędzy starym miastem, a lepszą plażą w Bari
