Great apartment in the heart of Ortigia.

Parking is about a 15’ walk from the property. Not a problem at all.

Brilliant location - once we were settled I loved the location - we could walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to go in Ortiga and Syracuse. The apartment was very smart and clean.

Only draw-back was getting our big bag there as it was not possible to get a car near to the actual location, and had we had a Hire Car we would have been parking a fair distance from the property. There was also just the one toilet in the property and just one toilet roll for a 5 day stay.

"Perfect in every way"

This apartment is in an exceptional location. It was very well decorated with impressive details and hardware. Very quiet even though the streets were very active with people. The hosts were super accommodating for all our needs. We forgot our card key late on a Sunday night, and they immediately came to help us. Francesco was incredible…and even drove us to our car that was parked off the island. I would highly recommend this apartment!! Beautiful!

Fantastic location, up quite a few stairs so need to be fit. Clean, spacious, nice little balcony for your morning brew. Loved the Ortigia vibe.

We had problems with the hot water, it kept coming and going then it went completely. Despite messages to the holiday group it wasn’t resolved. Also it says parking but I think that’s misleading as there is no where to park nearby you have to go and spend 15 euros a day in the municipal car park which is a 10 minute walk.

Parking must be reserved! Cockroach in bathroom! Used furniture and bathroom was not clean especialy the shower doors

We loved staying here! It was a fantastic location, close to the beach and the FN Bar / coffee shop a couple of doors down was perfect for a quick breakfast and cappuccino. The hosts were also very helpful in arranging taxis for us.

Not too many complaints. As one of the other posters mentioned, it is up several flights of stairs. We loved the exercise however if you are mobility challenged it is not the place for you.

Location was great. Kitchen was nice.

The loft office is cool but not really useful. An extra bed or nice couch up there would be nice. The living room couch was a bit dated and funky.
