"Spacious house for groups close to Cardiff centre"

No.1 is spacious and modern. The bedrooms a large and nicely decorated, and the beds are comfortable. We loved the garden space which has a fig tree and a vine. The location is ideal with the city centre within walking distance and tge bay and river really close too. Keas, the host is a great communicator and quick to sort any issues you may have.

"Lovely"

We stayed for a night for a hen do and the property was great! Bedrooms all lovely and my bed was super comfy! Had everything you needed for a short (or long) stay! Was around a 20 minute walk to the centre. And I managed to park directly outside. We had a lovely stay and would defiantly stay again! Thank you!

House was lovely and very close to town. The rooms were lovely and big sizes. The kitchen was great to use. And we were able to park three cars outside the house. It was a great house to use and we enjoyed our very short stay. Hosts were very good at communicating with us. And we're happy to help us if we need it. Have already recommended to other people who may like to use the house in the future.

There were a few issues. We had no tea towels to dry the washing up with. There weren't enough large towels for everyone in the house. Alitte issues with toilet downstairs, but after explaining how to use it. It was okay. Was able to communicate this to the host. Who apologised and would sort it out quickly, but we didn't stay long enough. As we only stay one night. So, it wasn't a bother for us.

"Plenty of bedrooms, well presented on the whole."

It had plenty of bedrooms, and fit our needs as a group travelling for a concert. It was reasonably priced when split across a number of people. It was generally nicely finished, only a couple of small things let it down.

The only negative things was some untidy wires and decoration in the back bedroom.
