Very homely and it seemed to be well maintained. Beautiful grounds and nice restaurant. The staff were all lovely. Very helpful and accommodating.

A beautiful and wonderfully refurbished old building in a convenient location for visiting friends. Everything about our stay was just perfect and every member of staff encountered was a pleasure to meet, providing a really great service.

The hotel is in a great location, very quiet and fantastic views. The staff were really friendly and extremely helpful. Our room was really great, very clean and with a great view from the window. Highly recommended.

The staff were all very helpful and happy to help. ..When we arrived we were informed by the reception staff that booking.com had charged us twice resulting in the hotel giving us 2 rooms. They were very helpful and advised us to request a no charge cancellation, which they would accept. However we are still waiting a refund from booking.com ! The dinner and breakfast that we had at the hotel were both superb.

The grounds were very nice and well maintained. The decor throughout was a good mixture of traditional with new. Balance was just right.

Room overlooked air conditioning plants which were quite noisy. The doors for hotel rooms were quite load when closing. Could benefit from some soft close mechanisms.
