Location was good. Having a kitchen with fridge and microwave. Was clean

I'm elderly and I had to climb 3 flights of stairs and carry my luggage up them.. We had a fire alarm drill at 1am on Sunday morning and it was awful trying to get down stairs in a hurry. My room got very hot where i was up high and despite having 2 fans I did not sleep well especially after the alarm

Convenient position for beach and town

Not enough cutlery for 3 people Sofa bed hard not comfy at all You should advertise the parking cost on your advert Whilst the idea of a wet room is nice it is not practical to walk through water for the toilet Very hot room being on the top floor, even hotter when oven is on. if you book this and are allocated this room and have a mobility issue ther s no lift, maybe tell customer what floor you have booked them on. Communal areas not cleaned ie stairs not vacuumed

It was very clean, beds were really comfortable. I haven’t used an airbnb with a code for the doors before and this was really helpful considering we were there as a four!

The wet room. It created an extremely strong smell after using the shower which lingered and escaped into the room unless the door was shut.

Clean and tidy in the room. Quite a few rooms but didn’t hear any noise from our room.Close to a friendly pub and other restaurants. Close to beach and centre

We were on the 3rd floor. No lifts. Friend had recently injured her knee so it was a struggle with the stairs. Hot day and the room was stifling. A aircon unit and fan was provided but didn’t make a lot of difference. Parking very limited

Wouldn’t recommend, the oven fell out of us. The shower floods the bathroom and the room. We had no internet so that was no tv as was a smart tv when we didn’t get it on the last day didn’t work.. coffe and tea mashine well that’s a flipping KETTLE!!! No shower gel. One towel each!! Got locked outside… had an absolutely shit time wished I stayed at a hotel!!! Would have been cheaper! The host is useless.. crap service!! Do not waste your time

The location - within walking distance of everything that Bournemouth has to offer.

The room is quite small with nowhere to put your things apart from a small amount of hanging space. The mattress was uncomfortable, split and filthy. Duvet and pillows were of poor quality and filthy. Towels provided were not the same size for two - one was large, other was small. The room was not clean, amongst a lot of dust was a false nail on the floor! The bathroom is a wet room with no means of mopping the floor and also nowhere to put your things and no mirror. Kitchen was ok but we couldn't eat a meal there as there was only one fork! The cupboards were not clean, one wine glass was stuck fast to the shelf! The tv didn't work as there was no wifi at all during our stay which was communicated to the hosts, and apparently the wifi had been down for a few days. We contemplated checking out early and finding something else and we were only there for two nights!

Loverly contained apartment

No mattress cover and the mattress was blood stained. Turned all the heating off but the heat in the room was unbearable and did not sleep. Far to hot needs air conditioning

Unfortunately nothing- we did not stay overnight because the room was absolutely filthy, dirty beddings, soaking wet towels left on the toilet seat and the smell of sewage in the apartment. Rubbish bin full. The room was co not cleaned after the previous guests. Despite numerous attempts to contact the owner and emergency contact we did not receive any response whatsoever and had to find another accommodation for the night. It was a bank holiday, no hotels available and we traveled with two small children- this is not acceptable!!! The accommodation is not manned and despite reassurance that the on duty manager will get back to us swiftly is there are any issues, our messages were simply ignored. I wonder what would happen if there was a fire. The customer service at this property is so poor that it makes us wonder how this business is even allowed to be listed on booking.com Five days later, we still have not heard from the owner of the property. I wished, we checked the reviews before booking, as it is clear that we are not the only ones that had a horrendous experience with this property.

Room was fine, few issues water was leaking from the bathroom after a shower, need a better fan for the room was very hot, place was very clean. Location was perfect, little pub next door shop and few restaurants. 10 minute walk from the town centre

It was 22 degrees outside and our room was very hot all the time needed a better fan, but everything else was fine
