The Double Decker, The Kove, Bournemouth Beach

I liked the location, I liked the amenities, clean and pleasant. Queit and nice area as well.

There were no brush or mop or scrape, so after having a shower there was water everywhere but no way of mopping the water up. Also wanting to brush the floor before leaving but not able to which was a shame. Now, we didnt stay long so only my son opted to shower to avoid getting water everywhere.

Clean and everything as stated

This room was hotter than hell this weekend. So hot that a bar of chocolate had completely melted overnight- chocolate melts around 40 degrees! It’s impossible to spend any time here without sweating and feeling comfortable. There is a tiny fan which just circulates the hot air. The window was open all day but the heat was immense. As you walk up the stairs inside the building you can feel the increase in temperature as you arrive at the next floor. This room is on the third floor at the top of the building. I contacted the owner via booking.com and after waiting all day for a response I sent a text the emergency number but my messages stated failed to send. No one replied back or contacted me. There needs to be an air conditioning unit in the room to make it bearable.

Location spot on couldn't be any closer to beach definitely made it worth it. Clean and modern

Quite small and not alot of bed space for 5 of us luckily we had 2 small children that could share with an adult and the parking was a nightmare. We were given codes to unlock the barriers but half of them didn't work and was really busy ended up dumping in-between 2 bollards . Shower is a wet room and flooded the whole bathroom which is why the wood on the bottom of door rotting away.

The bed was very comfortable and the location was excellent

The room was like an oven in the attic, the parking allocation didn’t work as the barriers couldn’t be unlocked so I had to pay to park at the station. I tried to contact someone and there was no response, totally unacceptable

Met all needs and great location.

There were a few repairs needed but it did not detract from our stay or that we will book again

Clean and near beach area

The wet room was a bit smelly. That was the only thing.

Great location parking was a bonus bed were comfortable.

As this accomdation is for 5 people the lack of crockery was disappointing only three plates no mugs no tumbles for younger people no pots or pans if you wanted to cook so oven was pointless. Could have done with four chairs to sit at the table. As for the wet room very poor design smelt of sewage all day floor was flooded after shower the taps didn't even turn on door handle was loose bottom of the door broken. As the wet room issues have been mentioned on reviews over the last month or more I would have expected problems to be sorted out by now.
