Location and the look and feel of the whole place

The apartment was too hot, appeared to be heated by a water tank in the middle of the apartment, the air con didn't work, or rather we couldn't get it to work, no instruction booklet, we had to sleep with the window open and it was noisy. The fitted sheet was too small for the sofa bed, and the bathroom was also uncomfortably hot. Had to shower with the door open as it was oppressive. There was a large fan available, which, when turned on, mitigated some of the effects of the heat within the apartment. The outside temperature was no more than 19c. 2nd stay at Royal William Apartments and slightly disappointed. Tks, Steve

Great location. Attractive building and surroundings.

Sofa bed was filthy, not made up and didn’t have bed sheets. Host said they would be with us by 9pm but nothing til after 1030pm.

The mirror was not secured to the wall as I was cleaning up it fell on my head

Lovely apartment in historic building.

Location great. Comfy bed.

Sofa bed not suitable for two people and parking quite expensive. No milk or anything fresh left this time. No views from apartment.
