Great Location and great apartment

We had an excellent stay at the property. The place was neat, warm and welcoming and the promptness in replies by the owner made the stay smoother. Thank you and we will not hesitate to recommend to other people!

As this was a Grade 1 listed building, unfortunately there wasn’t much air-conditioning in the flat. Although we managed with the fan provided and opening the windows.

Excellent Air BnB. All we needed plus eggs, bread etc in the fridge for breakfast but we popped out for coffee and croissants in one of the lovely nearby cafes. Intended eating dinner at the B&B but so many lovely restaurants in walking distance we didn’t bother. Very impressive refurb of an old Royal Navy supply depot. Well worth a visit on its own, we were on our way to Spain on the Ferry but will be back just to visit the Royal William Yard and its offerings

In the Royal William Yard where we wanted to be A bit noisy with quiz going on in pub below but quiet after 11. Good instructions to gain access. Good facilities

No tea bags Bread, eggs, milk, jams etc were provided. TV screen very smeared where cloth has been rubbed over but it needs a good polish Could do with shelf in shower for shower gel etc Crochet blanket on bed not really clean and needs repair Better without it - not needed

Very nicely fitted and furnished. A great larder provided that included bread, ground coffee, milk, tea, condiments etc. Grade 2 listed building. Free parking but not completely clear how it worked.

No curtains or blinds on any windows so woken at sunrise. Suite at FF level accessed via lift or stairs but long walk to unit. Bedroom at Second floor via steep, narrow steps which merged together as identical - not ideal for elderly people Long walk from nearest parking and had to wheel cases over large cobbles. Lift broken down on departure so had to carry cases down stairs etc. Not suitable to elderly.

Really lovely apartment, comfy bed, location great, host left bread milk tea coffee which was lovely. We visit Plymouth 2-3 times a year to visit family so will be definatley rebook
