Great location, great apartment, beautifully set up. I’m an architect and appreciated the contemporary furnishings within a cleverly converted historic environment. The small additional touches like milk, chocolates, and a few well considered Xmas decorations was a wonderful greeting.

There was a lack of clarity over the parking. Although it was advertised as free I was continually asked to go online and pay for parking. This dulled the pre-occupation experience to the extent that I was not looking forward to going. Receiving the key number details only an hour before occupation is not great or relaxing. The front door lock takes a long time to lock on exit which is initially concerning.

Beautiful apartment with lovely touches such as body wash and lotion, robes to use and also bread, eggs, milk and coffee/tea.

Honestly hands down the best experience I’ve had in Plymouth, received all information I needed and quickly answered all the other queries I had and quickly sorted my cheaper parking costs so 10/10 for host. The property was absolutely stunning with amazing decor, fully equipped kitchen and the basic living essentials ie milk, bread, eggs coffee and tea was all provided. The bed was extremely comfortable and to prevent the morning light waking you up eye masks were provided. Me and my Girlfriend will be back when we next visit Plymouth.

It was a little bit hot but once we fathomed how to open windows in bedroom it was fine., nothing else. I didn’t realise ahead that there was discounted parking available so we paid full fee but not an issue really.

Second time staying at this apartment. It really is fabulous accommodation, immaculately clean, tastefully furnished, very well equipped with everything you might need - including milk, eggs, bread and butter!

Nothing
