Rakuten STAY Nikko Hoden Capacity of 8 persons

The facilities were all very thoughtfully provided, the wonderful onsen, the washing machine cum dryer, and the full kitchen utensils. The place is impeccably clean and spacious and enough for 8 pax. It was great value for money. Also there was a large supermarket Lion Dor 10 mins walk away.

I had to walk 15 mins with my luggage from the nikko tobu station to reach there as there was no public transport except for the taxis. Likewise when we leave, we had to carry our luggage and walk back to the station.

人工だが、温泉がゆっくり入れるのがとても良かった。備品もおしゃれで、寝室のシアターがとても良かった。

犬連れで2階の部屋は大変。駐車場が場所により荷物の出し入れが出来ない。

Good sized place with separate bedrooms which is fairly unique for Japan.

The check-in process was diabolical. It required a tablet to enter and then a remote call to a call centre to verify. On top of this, they did not let us store our baggage before check-in or after check-out which was frustrating.

Lovely apartment, comfortable beds, loved the bath

We were a group of 4 adults and i booked an apartment for 8. The apartment was comfortable for our group, though i think if 8 people were staying in it, it would be very cramped and there would be little common space.

A beautiful apartment with a lot of room for our family, with a beautiful view. The private onsen was amazing, and the facilities were excellent - we even enjoyed watching a movie together on the projector! It didn't bother us that it was a little walk to the train and bus station. There is a 7-11 and larger supermarket a few hundred metres away, which were handy. We would definitely stay again.

Great room, very modern, loads of facilities in the room. Great wifi.

The check in procedure was not great. The extras beds in the living room (fold out) were not comfortable for Western backs.
