room was spacious and super clean, beds and futons was comfy, amenities was great

Very new and modern Lovely artificial hot spring bath too Beds comfy and plenty of room for myself and my 3 adult children to spread out and relax

お風呂がカビ臭いし、シャワー室がカビている。 キッチンの下のドアが壊れていた。 食器類が汚すぎて洗ってから使用したが、洗ってもきれいになったきがしない。古くてはげてしまってるから？ 調理器具も同様。ホットプレートを使用したかったが、壊れていて使用出来なかった。 朝玄関から出たらゴミが散乱していた。隣の宿泊客？ 隣の宿泊客が夜中に騒いでいたのでうるさかった。 2泊連泊だったが、リネン類が1泊分しかなかった。2泊分置いてほしい。 施設自体は悪くないのでもったいない。

チェックインの時オペレーターがなかなか繋がらなくてこのまま待てば良いのかわからず不安だった。 犬用トイレやトイレシーツがなかった。

清潔感はgood
